Life Kitchens expanded its retail presence with a high street store in the bustling setting of Wimbledon Village.

The Life Kitchens showroom in Wimbledon reimagines how kitchen design can be experienced. Spread across two levels, it blends a sense of domestic familiarity with a quietly confident approach to detail. The ground floor is open and inviting, with natural light falling across a series of vignettes that move seamlessly from contemporary handleless kitchens to timeless Shaker designs. Each setting feels like a real home, layered with colour, texture and quiet detail.

Downstairs, the tone becomes more intimate. The original floorboards have been retained and sanded, giving the space warmth and depth. Lighting is more subdued, materials richer, and the design narrative slower, inviting visitors to linger. The wall colours, sourced from Lick, tie the rooms together with a soft, cohesive palette that enhances the natural textures of wood, stone and paint. The result is a space that merges innovation with craft, turning the showroom visit into a sensory and emotional experience.
